1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Brahmalabs platform operated by Brahmalabs ("we", "our", "us") at brahmalabs.io and app.brahmalabs.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Service description
Brahmalabs is an enterprise platform for building, deploying, monitoring, and governing autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows. The Service includes a visual workflow builder, agent runtime, integration marketplace, execution engine, audit logging, and administrative dashboard.
3. Account registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Deploy agents that perform actions without appropriate human oversight where required by law
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent security controls, rate limits, or usage quotas
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Share account credentials or API keys with unauthorised parties
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service
- Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, phishing content, or disinformation
5. Content ownership
- Your content. You retain all rights to your workflow definitions, agent configurations, knowledge base content, and execution outputs. We claim no ownership over Your Content.
- Our content. The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Brahmalabs and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Licence to us. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
- No training. We do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models.
6. AI and LLM usage
- The Service enables you to deploy autonomous AI agents that interact with third-party systems. You are responsible for the actions taken by agents you configure and deploy.
- We provide tools — guardrails, human-in-the-loop gates, spend caps — to help you govern agent behaviour, but you are responsible for configuring them appropriately for your use case.
- Model outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or harmful. You must review and validate agent outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.
- When using bring-your-own-key mode, your relationship with the model provider is governed by their terms, not ours.
7. Subscription and billing
Plans
- Free. $0 per month. 1,000 credits, limited features. No credit card required.
- Pro. $299 per month. 30,000 credits, full feature set. 14-day free trial.
- Enterprise. Custom pricing. Volume credits, dedicated infrastructure, custom contracts.
Credits
Credits are the unit of platform usage. They are consumed by workflow runs, sandbox time, inference tokens, and storage. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
Overage
Pro plan overage is billed at $0.0099 per credit. You may set spend caps to prevent unexpected charges.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
8. Usage limits
Each plan includes specific limits on workflows, agents, team members, workspaces, and integrations. Current limits are displayed on our pricing page. We may adjust limits with 30 days' notice.
9. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
- Enterprise customers — cancellation terms are governed by your individual agreement.

SLA credits are available for Enterprise customers experiencing downtime below the target. Details are in your Enterprise agreement.
11. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all connections
- AES-256-GCM encryption for secrets at rest
- Logically-bounded, per-tenant data isolation
- SOC 2 Type II certification (in progress)
- Regular penetration testing and security audits
- Append-only audit logging for all security-relevant events
12. Intellectual property
The Brahmalabs name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Brahmalabs. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brahmalabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Actions taken by AI agents you deployed through the Service
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brahmalabs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or actions taken by AI agents you configured and deployed.
15. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms with notice.
- We may terminate the Service entirely with 90 days' notice.
- Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.
16. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
